Section 75
<br> to file court fees and penalty fines as per judgment
When a party to the case appeals against the decision of the first level of appeal or appeals to the court of appeal of the second level against the decision of the first level of appeal, he shall file the court fee determined to be paid to the other party according to the decision.
(2) When a party to the case submits a request for review or retrial according to the law, the court fee shall be filed according to the judgment.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if any party to the case has been fined according to the judgment, no appeal or petition for reconsideration or retrial shall be filed without filing such penalty or without giving a bond for the same.
(2) When a party to the case submits a request for review or retrial according to the law, the court fee shall be filed according to the judgment.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if any party to the case has been fined according to the judgment, no appeal or petition for reconsideration or retrial shall be filed without filing such penalty or without giving a bond for the same.
